The holiday house is in the Golden Beach of Siofok. Lake Balaton is 200 meters away. A total of eight large rooms on two floors of the house. The large and nice garden has two terraces, a jacuzzi, barbecue, large lawn area where you can really enjoy the pleasant summer evenings. The main house can hold 11-12 persons per floor, so is suitable for a total of 22-24 people in the whole house. Ideal for groups or big families.

The Villa Italia is peacefully situated in Siófok-Aranypart, only about 50 metres from the beach of Lake Balaton.

The entertainment center, bars, beach, restaurants, snack bars a few minutes' walk away.It features an original Italian restaurant. The pension has two separated floor. The house is fresh renovated in april 2014. Its equiped with the furniture from a 4* Hotel in Switzerland. All rooms with Shower / Toilet / Sat TV / Fridge / Safe. On every floor you have 3 rooms and a common room with Sofabed, Kitchen, Aircondition Dining-Table and Chairs.
